Sub-forum on Industrial Internet of the China-Central Asia Industrial and Investment Cooperation Forum Held

On February 17, the Sub-forum on Industrial Internet of the China-Central Asia Industrial and Investment Cooperation Forum was held at the Qingdao International Conference Center.

Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of SCODA, Huo Fupeng, Deputy Director General of the Department of Industry of the National Development and Reform Commission, Firouz Hollikzoda, Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in China joined over 150 distinguished guests from home and abroad to attend the forum.

Zhang Xinzhu said in his speech that SCODA will be more open and inclusive, listen to the opinions of all parties, strengthen practical cooperation, work harder and more steadily to shoulder the major national task of building SCODA, and accelerate the building of a new platform for Belt and Road international cooperation.

Vladimir Norov, Former SCO Secretary-General, and Tchingiz Idarbekov, Former Kyrgyz Foreign Minister delivered video addresses, and Huo Fupeng, Firuz Kholikzoda, and officials from the Shandong Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Shandong Department of Commerce delivered offline addresses.

Zuo Chuanchang, Researcher at the Economic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, and other guests delivered keynote speeches.

Zhang Dong and Liu Tao promoted projects focusing on the SCO Comprehensive Service Platform and building the "521" industrial system at SCODA respectively.

During the event, the signing ceremony of Qingdao-Xinjiang "Dual Hub" Airports Strategic Cooperation was held.

The participants held a dialogue on the theme of "Industrial Internet Empowers Industrial Digital Transformation".

He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association, presided over the forum.
