Promotional Conference of SCODA in Saudi Arabia Held in Riyadh

On November 8 local time, the Promotional Conference of SCODA was held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Themed "Open Cooperation and Sharing a New Silk Road", the event attracted more than 100 guests from the fields of commerce and trade, energy, and manufacturing.

Mohammed Bin Mahford, Senior Advisor of the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia; Nayef Mubuti, Member of the Saudi Chinese Business Council and Chairman of the Saudi-China Trade and Export Committee; and Li Gang, Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, attended and addressed the event.

Mohammed bin Mahfoud hoped that the two sides could strengthen economic and trade cooperation, expand cooperation areas, and make new contributions to the economic and trade prosperity of the two countries, as well as global peace and stability.

Nayef Mubti said that under the Belt and Road Initiative, Saudi-China relations have developed rapidly, trade and investment capacity has been continuously improved, and economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has become closer. He hopes that more Chinese enterprises will invest in Saudi Arabia for mutual benefit and win-win results.

Li Gang envisioned this event as a chance to foster dialogue with diverse partners in Saudi Arabia, pursue amicable exchanges across various domains, fortify collaboration and cement friendship in broader scopes and at greater depths, and collectively establish a novel platform for Belt and Road international cooperation.
