Global Press Conference of SCO Beauty Valley Held

On November 20, the "Born for Beauty · Here for You" Global Press Conference of the SCO Beauty Valley was held at Qingdao·SCODA Pearl International Expo Center. Zheng Yannong, Researcher at the Institute of International Technology and Economy of the Development Research Centre of the State Council, Kim Ji-bong, Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China, Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee, Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of SCODA, and Sun Xiaobing, Chairman of the CPPCC Jiaozhou Committee, attended the event.

Kim Ji-bong said in her speech that we would join the development of the three beauty sectors in the "SCO Beauty Valley", especially enhancing collaboration and communication between the two sides in cosmetic medicine and makeup. We would support and facilitate trade, information, and resource sharing among the beauty businesses on both sides, so as to attain mutual benefits and success and establish a new center of the global beauty industry.

Zheng Yannong delivered a keynote speech titled Innovation Promotes Development, Digitalization for Fashion, emphasizing the importance of innovation in promoting the fashion industry, and anticipated the future trend of the fashion sector in the digital economy.

During the conference, the White Paper on the Development of Beauty and Fashion Industry at the SCO Beauty Valley was released. Hu Zheming, head of AliExpress, made a report on the consumption trend in the global beauty industry. The beauty show was held. The LOGO and IP images of the SCO Beauty Valley were released. The principal official of the CPC Committee of Ligezhuang Town introduced the SCO Beauty Valley. The SCO Beauty Valley Global Ecological Alliance was signed. Guests from industry associations such as the China Federation of Economic Media and enterprises engaged in dialogues and exchanges.
