On March 11, the Signing Ceremony of "Five New Cities" Projects in Spring and the Inauguration Ceremony of Ruyi Lake Headquarters Base were held at the Ruyi Lake Headquarters Base. Geng Tao, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Qingdao, Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of SCODA, and Xia Bingjun, Inspector at Level 2 of the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, attended the event and delivered speeches. Li Gang, Vice Secretary of the Party Working Committee of and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, attended the event. 36 Major Projects Facilitating Expansion of High-level Capacity
On the site, 36 major projects with a total investment of more than 40 billion yuan in the "Five New cities" of SCODA were signed. The "Five New Cities" have gained sound momentum, and more and more international "partners" have chosen to join hands with SCODA to expand the global market. The Russia-based Passion Group will build a headquarters base and a global R&D center in COSMOPlat New City, empowered by the COSMOPlat industrial Internet, to provide portfolio solutions for global procurement. The Kyrgyzstan-based Antares Petroleum Company will set up its investment headquarters in SCODA to tap the potential of energy cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.
First Headquarters Base of SCO International City Put into Operation
On the same day, the Ruyi Lake Headquarters Base was officially opened, which is the first headquarters base of the SCO International City. It will provide strong platform support for SCODA to develop the headquarters economy, expand the urban space, and enrich the economic and trade cooperation scenarios.
The first batch of enterprises such as Shandong High-speed Qingdao Development Co., Ltd., Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Sweetome Group and Shanghe Holding Development Group signed agreements on entering the base. "For a long time, Shandong High-speed Group has been deeply engaged in the construction of SCODA, and has carried out all-round cooperation in logistics, trade, finance and other fields.
