On the afternoon of May 31, the SCODA attended China-Russia Soybean Partnership Seminar via video link. Xiang Zhiqiang, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA attended the meeting, and Yu Hongchi, Counsellor of the Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Russia presided over the seminar.
