SCODA Held Seminar on Building Collaborated Innovation Area

On the morning of October 28, during the opening ceremony of 2021 China-SCO Countries Financial Cooperation and Capital Market Development Forum, SCODA signed agreements with five development areas on jointly building collaborated innovation areas, including Boxing Economic Development Area, Dongming Economic Development Area, Gaomi Economic Development Area, Lijin Economic Development Area and Linyi Economic Development Area.

The sign of the agreement indicates that jointly building SCODA collaborated innovation area has set on a new journey. It will inject new momentum, stimulate new vigor and add new advantages to the innovative opening up and development, and leverage the strength of the whole province to build SCODA.

On the afternoon of October 28, Xiang Zhiqiang, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA presided over the seminar on building the collaborated innovation area. Related leaders of the five partnership institutions were invited to participate, including Lijin Economic Development Area, Dongming Economic Development Area, Linyi Economic Development Area, Gaomi Economic Development Area and Boxing Economic Development Area.

During the seminar, Xiang Zhiqiang hoped that all sides could strengthen communication and coordination with SCODA, deepen business communication and experience sharing, strive to form achievements for reform and innovation across regions, departments and levels, so as to facilitate the coordinated high-quality development of SCODA and the collaborated innovation area.
