The SCODA Officials Visited Chongqing and Chengdu

On April 10th, Meng Qingsheng, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA visited Chongqing and Chengdu. He visited Chongqing Social Credits Co.Ltd, and Jianzhou New City Administrative Committee and held meetings.

During his meeting with Chen Wei, President of Chongqing Social Credits Co.Ltd, Meng Qingsheng said that legal services provided an important guarantee for the development of SCODA. And SCODA would make every effort to push forward the development of the SCO Legal Intelligence Valley. The foreign-related law big data platform would focus on local economic and trade cooperation, and highlight legal services regarding two-way investment, logistics and trade, business, tourism and cultural exchanges, and intellectual property rights protection, so as to truly leverage the protecting role of the law.

At the Jinbangge Planning Exhibition of Jianzhou New City's talent park of Chengdu, Meng Qingsheng had a meeting with Shen Lin, Director of Smart Manufacturing Development Bureau of the Eastern New Area of Chengdu, Director of Jianzhou New City Administrative Committee. Meng Qingsheng said that SCODA would actively learn the good experience of building and developing Jianzhou New City, enhance interactions between the two sides, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the areas. Shen Lin introduced the general situation of Jianzhou New City from multiple perspectives including the "Going East" strategy of Chengdu, planning of the new city, and industrial positioning. Meanwhile, the two sides exchanged ideas on the top frame of the areas’ development, systematic design and progress model, etc.
