On the afternoon of August 9, the International Logistics Department of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA, SCO Development Group met via video link with Kazakhstan National Investment Corporation, and Kazakhstan Kazyna Capital Management Corporation to discuss the cooperation at Kazakhstan "Eastern Gate" Special Economic Zone.
Kazakhstan side said that hope both sides could continue to coordinate and build the new Eurasian land-sea multimodal transport channel connected by the SCODA and Khorgos into a benchmark and exemplary project of the Belt and Road Initiative. The two sides would join hands to build a road of peace, prosperity, openness, innovation and civilization.
